When a campus critical system is under attack or compromised, or another serious system/network incident occurs, report the incident by contacting the Help Desk at x-23555 (off-campus 951-827-3555) or if you are a student, contacting the Student Help Desk at x-26495 (off-campus 951-827-6495) or alternatively by completing the form in its entirety.  for support.  For assistance on weekends or after-hours, please fill out the below form in its entirety.  Incidents involving Protected Data necessitate following the procedures and guidelines found at SB1386 Security Breaches Involving Personal Information.
